Increasing Levels of Digital Inclusion and Basic Digital Skills – Evaluation Report

Delivered by Cwmpas and funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the ‘Increasing Levels of Digital Inclusion and Basic Digital Skills’ project across Denbighshire (Digital Confidence Denbighshire) aims to boost digital inclusion, focussing on improving access to digital skills whilst also addressing the gaps in equipment necessary for accessing online services.

This initiative was designed to support the county’s most digitally excluded residents. Launched under the “People and Skills” investment priority of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the project supports a core mandate to improve life chances by empowering individuals with essential digital skills needed for everyday life and work.

This report summarises the project’s effectiveness, alignment with strategic goals, and long-term impacts, providing valuable insights into its successes, challenges and lessons learned.
