Annual General Meeting 2025

We believe that co-operatives and co-operative principles can help people, families, communities and businesses to be stronger and more confident. You can support these principles and help spread these ideals by participating in the AGM.

As a member of Cwmpas, you are invited to attend this year’s AGM which we are holding online via Zoom on Tuesday 30 September 2025 at 10:00.

Board elections

This year there are three vacancies on the board.

As a member you are entitled to nominate eligible members for election to the three vacancies on the Board.  If you wish to make a nomination or to nominate yourself, please complete the nomination/declaration form which is available below and return it to us by noon 29/08/25 by emailing sarah.beal@cwmpas.coop.

We would particularly welcome applications from under represented communities; like women, members of the LGBTQI+ community, people from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds, disabled people, and people living outside southeast Wales.
