Annual General Meeting of Cwmpas 2023

We believe that co-operatives and co-operative principles can help people, families, communities and businesses to be stronger and more confident. You can support these principles and help spread these ideals by participating in the AGM.

As a member of Cwmpas, you are invited to attend this year’s AGM which we are holding online via Zoom on Friday 29 September 2023 at 10:00.

Board elections

This year there are three vacancies on the board.

As a member you are entitled to nominate eligible members for election to the three vacancies on the Board. If you wish to make a nomination or to nominate yourself, please complete the nomination/declaration form which is available below and return it to us by noon on Wednesday 30^th August 2023.

We welcome applications from everyone. We are consciously working towards a Board that represents our stakeholders and the wider community in which we work. To achieve this, we would particularly welcome applications from women, members of the LGBTQI+ community, Black or ethnic minority people and people living outside southeast Wales.
