
Cwmpas director appointed to National Digital Inclusion Action Committee
Cwmpas are proud to announce that our Director of Inclusive Communities, Jocelle Lovell has been appointed to the Digital Inclusion Action Committee (DIAC), a new expert advisory body chaired by Baroness Hilary Armstrong.
The Committee has been established by the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT) to steer, scrutinise, and support government efforts to reduce digital exclusion and ensure equitable digital access for all. There will be three sub-committees that will focus on industry leadership and partnership, local delivery and inclusive digital services.
Jocelle will chair the local delivery sub-committee with Jason Tutin of 100% Digital Leeds, contributing her expertise in digital inclusion and collaborating with leaders from across sectors to shape strategies that promote equal access for all.
